We're a Non Profitable Organisation that bring revolution to South African Indie Artists. 

 

 

​Since we official registered with government of South Africa in 2017 our journey never started from then. Apparently Tisetso Ntsheno [HandsOfDj 5/ Thabang] whom he's a concept bearer, had a powerful vision to help indie artists from South Africa under rainbow nation by starting a platform which today we're proud off. We're made out of people who took his vision and work together. As OMAFIS, we understand the music industry how has it  took new era by getting into digital world whereby new dynamics was born in favour of indie artists after many years and years of artists exploitation.

 

OMAFIS is here to be the light to artists so that they can obtain full independency from all types of digital and traditional royalties including copyright since there're new ways of doing things. Seeing good talented artists looming, it a smile upon our faces. We comprehend that music and film are inseparable twins, by recognising creative creators from youth; women and disable artists will help artists to see the significant of their roll in the world and equal right among them.

​The importance of these awards, is to focus on, to those who sell their content on digital stores like MTN Play; Google Store; iTunes; Beatport and Traxsource etc. Not forgetting to give a path to those who wish to walk the walk and talk the talk. Vitality of having pillars which are digital media business expo [seminars/ workshops and summit] whereby all indie artists will be taught about digital music business to succeed in this industry.  Haynes nowadays do take demos but they're seeking for those who has made their names as brand without the power them. It unlike those days whereby you will record a demo and send it to big companies.
